PLYMOUTH — The City of Plymouth Utilities will be replacing a culvert at the intersection of E. Jefferson St. and Richter Rd.
The work will require the roadway to be closed for approximately 5 days (weather permitting). The scheduled start date is August 12, 2026, at 8:00 AM. The roadway will be opened as soon as the pipe has been installed and paving is complete.
There will be signage posted for the temporary detour. The detour route for westbound traffic will be Richter Rd. to Baker St. to Columbus Dr., and reversed for eastbound traffic.
