Domestic battery charges

PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 2, 2026, at 7:22 p.m., Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Pearl Street for a reported Domestic Battery.


Officers arrived on scene and advised that Rogelio Miranda, 42 years old, of Plymouth, and his stepson had gotten into a physical fight.
During the investigation, the stepson had an injury to his head and was checked out by medics. Miranda was placed under arrest and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for domestic battery.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
