PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 15, 2026, at 3:16 p.m., Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to an address on Oakhill Ave. for a disturbance in progress.
Officers were advised this was a dispute between neighbors continuing from the previous night.
When officers arrived, there was a man in the front yard yelling at the other neighbor who was on his front porch. The man yelling was holding a beer. During the investigation, the man at the center of the issue was identified as Steven Rudd 42, of Plymouth. Rudd was placed under arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was booked into Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
