PLYMOUTH — On July 18, 2026, at 5:01 p.m., Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a
vehicle of a man who was identified as Carl Price, 63 years old, of Tulsa, OK.
Price had been in the Plymouth Police station and appeared to be under the influence of drugs and became upset, left the station, and got into a vehicle. Dispatch advised that Price only had an ID card from Indiana.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and administered a Field Sobriety test. He was given a Sotoxa test that indicated he was under the influence of methamphetamine.
Price was read implied consent and transported to Plymouth Hospital for a certified blood draw. While Officers were doing an inventory of the vehicle, there was a crystal-like substance that was located and field-tested positive for meth.
Price was booked into Marshall County Jail for OWI controlled substance, OWI endangerment, and possession of meth.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
