PLYMOUTH — On Friday, July 3, 2026, at 10:09 pm, Marshall County Officers working traffic control on Plymouth Laporte Trl
near Swan Lake Golf Course were alerted to a possible domestic disturbance.
During the investigation, officers concluded that Brian Licona, 24, was under the influence of alcohol to the point of endangering himself and others.
Officers intervened, and a battery took place. Licona was transported to the Marshall County Jail for public intoxication and battery on law enforcement.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
