PLYMOUTH — On July 24, 2026, Plymouth Police responded to the area of Water Street and Washington Street for reports of a
man in the area with a Nationwide Parole Warrant.
Officers located Richard William Milton (55), of Plymouth, in the backyard of a residence, and a brief foot pursuit ensued. Milton was located on the embankment of the river and placed into custody. Milton was charged with Resisting Law Enforcement and held for parole.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
