PLYMOUTH — On July 29, 2026, at 12:46 p.m., Plymouth Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Li Weiqiong, 46, from China, at US 31 and 12th Rd.
The vehicle failed to pull over and continued south until it was boxed in by another officer at US 31 and 17th Rd., with assistance from Marshall Co. Police and Argos Police.
Weiqiong was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for resisting law enforcement in a vehicle.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
