CULVER — On July 18, 2026, at approximately 11:42 PM, Marshall County Central Dispatch received a 911 call for a
physical domestic dispute in progress in the area of SR 17 near 10b Rd.
Marshall County Officers, along with Indiana State Police, responded to the area. It was found that Dallas Preston, age 33, of North Judson, had battered two of his family members in the presence of a child. He was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Level 6 Domestic Battery in the Presence of a child under 16 years of age.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
