PLYMOUTH — Marshall County Coroner Dean Byers has confirmed the body discovered in the Yellow River northeast of
Plymouth on June 26, 2026, has been identified as Nicholas D. Creighbaum, age 46, of Plymouth, IN.
DNA testing through the Indiana State Police Laboratory Division provided the identification of Creighbaum.
Cause and Manner of death are still pending laboratory and Pathology Testing.
Creighbaum’s family has been notified.
