TIPPECANOE — On April 29, 2026, around 8:00 PM, Marshall County deputies were called to 1425 18th Rd for a Domestic
disturbance.
Officers saw Janaleigh A. Heyer strike the victim, when confronted she resisted arrest.
Once in custody, she was transported to the hospital for clearance. Then transported to the Marshall County Jail, where she was charged and booked for Domestic Battery and resisting arrest.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
