ARGOS — While on routine patrol, a Marshall County Deputy stopped a vehicle for traffic infractions.
While talking with the Driver of the vehicle, Samuel J. Beckett, 25 of Argos, it was discovered that he had never obtained a license.
The passenger, Hailey J. Miller, 22 of Rochester, told the Deputy that she had warrants out of Fulton County.
Both subjects were taken into custody for possession of a schedule drug, a hypodermic needle, paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without a license.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
