PLYMOUTH — On Oct. 2 at 6 a.m., Plymouth Police received a 911 hangup call from a residence on Berkley Street.
Upon arriving at the residence, officers located Blake Brown inside a residence from which he had been previously trespassed. Brown was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for the pending charge of Criminal Trespass.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
