PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 26, Plymouth Police units were dispatched to Dora Lane in reference to a physical domestic disturbance.
While en route, dispatch advised the man involved was intoxicated and possibly armed with a handgun. Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with both persons involved. Nathan A. Tidy, 31, of Plymouth, was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on charges of intimidation and domestic battery.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
