PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 30, at 10:42 p.m., Plymouth Police were called to Walmart for a report of a vehicle that had just been stolen.
An officer had located the stolen vehicle at the Sunoco Gas Station on N. Michigan Street in Plymouth. A short while later, a Marshall County Deputy located eighteen-year-old Logan R. Terry, of Freedom, Indiana, hiding in a wooded area behind the Enterprise Rent-a-Car on N. Michigan Street. After an investigation was conducted, Terry was transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked and lodged for Auto Theft, Possession of Marijuana and Minor in possession of alcohol.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
