PLYMOUTH — Marshall County Sheriff Matt Hassel has released the July jail and arrest reports.
The average daily population of the jail was 144 of 233 total beds.

Of those, 104 were men and 25 were women. 92 inmates were awaiting trial, 17 were sentenced inmates, with 14 of those on felony charges.
There are currently 1326 active warrants in the county.
The top five charges in July were:
•Operator never licensed (18)
•Failure to appear (15)
•Operating While Intoxicated (14)
•Driving While Suspended (11)
•Probation Violation and Theft (9)
Plymouth Police made 50 arrests in July, followed by the Sheriff’s Department with 47. Bremen Police made nine arrests, Argos Police made five arrests, and Bourbon made three.
