PLYMOUTH — On the morning of July 3, Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the Economy Inn for the report of a man exposing himself to other residents.

Bruce Hochstetler, 56, of Plymouth, refused to answer the door and speak to officers. Management requested that Hochstetler be evicted, but Hochstetler continued to ignore officers and management.
After officers entered the room, Hochstetler was transported without incident to the Marshall County Jail for charges of Criminal Trespass, Indecent Exposure, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Obstruction of Justice.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
