LaPAZ — On June 29, at 9:40 p.m., Marshall County Central Dispatch received a 911 call for an infant child that had been bitten by a dog in the 13000 Block of 4th road.
While the caller was on the phone with dispatchers, he informed them that there was currently an active physical domestic dispute happening in the house.
Marshall County Deputies arrived on the scene and during the investigation, it was found that Janette Hathaway, age 52 of Plymouth, had
battered another member of the household. She was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for domestic battery. The child was later taken for medical treatment by the family.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
