The Culver Plan Commission will be holding a regular meeting tomorrow, Tuesday June 17th.
The meeting will take place at 6:30pm Eastern Time and will be at Culver Town Hall, located at 200 East Washington Street. The meeting is also joinable by Microsoft Teams, or by phone.
After Commissioners do a roll call, pledge, and the approval of last meeting’s minutes; the first active item on the agenda is a TRC review.
Under Old and New Business, the Commissioners will discuss approval of a resolution approving amendments to the declaratory resolution and the economic development plan for the Culver economic development area, establishing a residential housing program and all matters relating thereto. Commissioners will review rules and procedures, discuss ordinance updates, and have a discussion on the comprehensive plan.
Next will come a section for citizen input, followed by concerns and input from commission members themselves.
The meeting will adjourn after that.
This meeting is open to the public.
The next regular meeting of the Culver Plan Commission will be July 15th, 2025.
