Culver Board of Zoning Appeals to Meet June 19

The Culver Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a regular meeting tomorrow, Thursday, June 19th at 6:30pm Eastern Time. The meeting will take place at Culver Town Hall, located at 200 East Washington street. The meeting is also available to be joined via Microsoft Teams or by phone.

After the pledge of allegiance, roll call, and a vote for approval of the minutes from their May 21st meeting, the Board will discuss the following petitions:

Petition Number 2025-B11, filed to request approval for a Variance of Development of Reduction in Setback of the property lines at 13305 81st Avenue in Dyer, for construction of a new single-family home.

Petition Number 2025-b12, filed for 422 West Jefferson in Culver; and is a request for approval for a Variance of Development Reduction for construction of a new single-family home.

Petition Number 2025-B13, filed for 404 South Main Street, and is a request for a Variance of Development Reduction for construction of a garage.

As there are no items listed under Old and New Business, the meeting will adjourn after the petitions. The next regular meeting of the Culver Board of Zoning Appeals will be on Thursday, July 17th at 6:30pm Eastern Time. The public is invited to attend this meeting.
