Warrants Served

On March 7 at 6:12 p.m. ET, officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Western north of North Street that was going 47 mph in a 35-mph zone.

The driver was later identified as Navidad Mejia Rosales, 36, of Plymouth. During the stop, it was determined that Mejia Rosales had never had a driver’s license. Dispatch then advised that she had a warrant.

Mejia Rosales was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail and booked for operator never licensed and given a court date.

Later that evening at 8:03 p.m. ET, officers with the Plymouth Police Department served a warrant at an apartment on a man identified as Ricardo Salazar Matias, 29, of Plymouth.

Salazar Matias had a body attachment for failure to appear.

Salazar Matias came outside as officers were walking up to the door and advised them his name was Ricardo, and he was taken into custody for the warrant and transported to Marshall County Jail.

Additionally, Plymouth Police Department officers arrested Kevin E. Johnson, 54, of Plymouth.

Johnson was located at the Economy Inn and arrested on a probation violation warrant from Adams County. He was transported to the Marshall County jail to await extradition to Adams County.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
