Task Force Arrests 7 after Multiple Raids as part of ‘Operation Spring Cleaning’

On Wednesday, March 5, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Drug Task Force, assisted by the Plymouth Police Department, executed multiple search warrants in the City of Plymouth.

Mark Weaver

At approximately 8 a.m. ET, officers executed the first search warrant in the 300-block of N. Plum Street. Officers located and arrested 43-year-old Mark Weaver of Plymouth on an outstanding warrant for dealing in methamphetamine. Officers also located and arrested 44-year-old Carrie Sanders of Plymouth on an outstanding warrant for dealing in methamphetamine. Both individuals were transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Jason Joseph

At approximately 9.30 a.m. ET, officers executed a second search warrant at the Country Place Apartments in Plymouth. Officers located and arrested 49-year-old Jason Joseph of Plymouth on an outstanding warrant for a probation violation on a previous dealing in methamphetamine conviction and a warrant for dealing in methamphetamine. He also received a new charge of dealing in methamphetamine. He is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail.

Ashley Holderman

The evidence obtained then led to an additional search warrant being executed at the residence. Officers then arrested 39-year-old Ashley Holderman of Plymouth for possession of methamphetamine and neglect of a dependent. She is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail.

Shawna Menser
Harley Blount

Officers also arrested 49-year-old Shawna Menser of Plymouth and 34-year-old Harley Blount of Plymouth for maintaining a common nuisance. Both subjects are being held at the Marshall County Jail.

The Indiana Department of Child Services responded to the scene and removed 4 juveniles from the home.

John Matlock

On Thursday, March 6, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Drug Task Force, assisted by the Plymouth Police, located and arrested 42-year-old John Matlock of Plymouth at the Economy Inn in Plymouth. Matlock is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail for dealing in methamphetamine.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
