On March 9 at 10:38 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers made a traffic stop at Hoham and Oak.
The driver of the vehicle, James L. Rodgers, 56, of Bremen, was reportedly found to be a habitual traffic offender and was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
