Culver Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim has announced that beginning Monday, March 17, South Main Street will be closed between Wabash and South Street for water main installation.
The closure should last a week.
Town Manager Kevin Danti told the Culver Town Council members Tuesday night that there will be tree clearing by the end of the month on State Road 10 by the Culver Academy. Motorists should watch for possible traffic pattern changes around that time in that area of State Road 10.
The tree clearing is making way for the third phase of the Lake Max Trail starts at Academy Road and crosses State Road 10 and ends at Syacmore Road. It connects the trail from the Culver Town Park.
