A Winter Weather Advisory has been enacted for Northern Indiana.
According to Accuweather officials, from Wednesday, February 12 at 1 p.m. ET/noon CT through 7 a.m. ET/6 a.m. CT Thursday, February 13, snow is expected, mixed with freezing rain and sleet. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches, with the heaviest snow across northwest Indiana and southern Michigan. It is possible that ice accumulations could reach up to a tenth of an inch.
Travel could be difficult through Thursday morning.
