On Feb. 20 at 8:30 p.m. ET, officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop for speeding, 75mph in a 50 mph zone, on U.S. 30 east of Pioneer Drive.
The driver, Obanny Alexander Nunez, 29, of Chicago advised officers that he had never had a driver’s license.
Alexander Nunez was placed under arrest for operator never licensed and transported to Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
