“It has been an exciting year. The students have been working hard to reach their individual team goals, which ultimately lead to winning tournaments and posting top-ranked skills scores. It really is amazing what our young people can do when they feel supported,” said Laurie Wandland, head coach.
Assistant coach Jed Wandland echoed the sentiment, stating, “The amount of hard work being put forth by the students is truly astonishing to watch. They regularly take the robots home to build and code, and that takes a level of dedication that many don’t have the privilege to see in today’s youth. I am so proud of these kids!”
