Plymouth Woman Arrested on a Warrant

A Plymouth woman was arrested Wednesday, February 19 after officers from the Plymouth Police Department found she was wanted on an active warrant.

Tania Ruiz, 30, was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear for the original charges of reckless driving-passing a stopped school bus with a stop arm extended, a Class A Misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle with out every obtaining license, a Class C Misdemeanor.

She was booked into the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
