A Plymouth man was arrested Friday, February 1 on an active warrant.
Plymouth Police Department officers located a subject at the Red Rock Inn who was known to have an active arrest warrant. Jacob Matthew Smith was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
