On Feb. 1 at 10:26 p.m. ET, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies made a stop on a vehicle for reportedly failing to stop at a stop sign.
The driver, Delvin Dariel Avilez Silas, was found to never have had a driver’s license.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
