On Feb. 9 at 3:35 a.m. ET, a Plymouth Police Department officer reportedly observed a white Buick traveling eastbound on U.S. 30 at 80 mph. Police initiated a traffic stop near North Oak Drive.
The driver, Jolvin Alvarado Vargas, 32, of Warsaw, was found to be operating the vehicle without ever obtaining a valid driver’s license, according to the report. Vargas was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
