
On Sunday, Feb. 16, at 3:33 a.m. ET, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies were called to the 500 block of Old U.S. 30 in Bourbon.
Police say Fabian Lopez Santiz advised deputies that due to the weather conditions, he had lost control of his vehicle and slid into a ditch.
Deputies found that Lopez Santiz was driving with a suspended license, according to the report. He was arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior,, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
