On Feb. 19 at 8:01 p.m., officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 617 Loon Ct Plymouth for an alleged battery in progress.
Police determined that a man by the name of Anthony Lewis, 30, of Plymouth, Indiana, had battered another man, according to the report.
Lewis was transported to the hospital to be medically cleared and then transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked on a preliminary felony charge of battery.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
