The Plymouth Community School Board will meet for the first time in 2025 where the Oaths of Office will be given to newly elected school board members.
The board will then hold an election of officers and present conflict of interest statements. The board will set regular meeting dates and times and review the employee schedule for approval.
The board compensation is $2,000 and will be approved for the new year.
Superintendent Mitch Mawhorter will present a recommendation for appointment of a Business Manager/Treasurer for the corporation. Bids for security cameras will be considered and the board members will open bids for fiber installation.
The board will consider the appointment of Sean Surrisi as the corporation’s legal counsel.
Appointments to the City of Plymouth Redevelopment Commission, and the selection of a Legislative Liaison, Negotiation Liaison, and two Marshall County Strategic Plan Committee Liaisons will be approved.
The superintendent will provide his regular report to the board.
