A Kewanna man was arrested Saturday, January 18 after an officer from the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation.
Police say Scott Hatton’s license was suspended with a prior conviction. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked into the jail on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
