On Jan. 22 at 10:42 a.m., a vehicle was stopped for a traffic infraction.
Police from the Plymouth Police Department say the driver, Terry L. Rosander, 34 of Knox, was found to have a license status of suspended with a prior conviction. He was taken in to custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended.
In a separate incident, on Jan. 23 at 9:47 a.m. ET, a vehicle was stopped by Plymouth Police Department officers for a traffic infraction.
Police say Lizbeth Tapia Ahumada, 31, of Ft. Wayne, was found to be driving with a license status of suspended with a prior. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
