On the afternoon of Monday, Jan. 20 at 5:15 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers responded to the area of 212 W. Adams St. for the report of a domestic battery.
Officers were able to speak with both parties separately and receive stories from both parties involved. It was determined that the female party was battered by Quanah Thomas Rhodes, 48 of Plymouth.
Rhodes was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail, and charged with domestic battery.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
