
On Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 10:23 p.m. ET, Marshall County Police were dispatched to a single-vehicle unknown accident on 7th Road, west of Queen Road.
Deputies found a 2009 Honda Civic driven off the roadway and through a fence. Police day the driver of the vehicle, Leobardo E. Guadalajara Garcia, 21, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Field sobriety testing was completed and a certified test later showed him to be over two times the legal limit, according to the report.
He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
