A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday, December 5 after deputies from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a suspicious man at a residence on Yarlett Street in Culver just before 11 p.m. ET.
The suspect was reportedly banging on the door and pushing in windows.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies and Culver Police Department officers responded to the scene where they came into contact with 46-year-old Kristopher Czichilski, of Rochester. After further investigation, narcotics were located.
Czichilski was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, refusal to identify, and resisting law enforcement. Bond was set at $10,000.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
