Plymouth Plan Commission, BZA to Meet Tonight

The Plymouth Plan Commission will meet tonight where they will discuss a property at 13180 Queen Road in Plymouth that is a minor subdivision zoned R-2 in a Suburban Residential District.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. ET, followed by the Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals meeting at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Scott and Sharon Cooper at 329 Ewing Street have requested a variance of to have a 2.3-foot side yard setback to build an addition which does not exceed the existing side yard setback.

Another hearing will be for a use variance by Enterprise Holding, LLC for an indoor, climate-controlled self-storage facility at 320 N. Kingston Road in Plymouth.

Sherri Stewart at 12563 Emerald Ct. in Plymouth is requesting a variance to have a two foot side yard setback for an already constructed 12 x 20 foot storage building on skids, and Harman Restaurants, INC. in Bourbon is asking for a variance to have up to eight signs and increase the total square footage of the signs to 300 square feet, at 101 S. Michigan St. in Plymouth.

Both meetings will be held in the second floor Council Chambers room in the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street in Plymouth. Those interested in attending the meeting in person should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
