Plymouth Man Arrested on Suspicion of Possession of Child Pornography

Detectives with the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested a Plymouth man Thursday, December 5 on the alleged charges of possession of child pornography.

This investigation by the Indiana State Police ICAC Task Force began when a tip was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in October 2024.  This investigation ultimately led to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office issuing a search warrant for a residence located at 2403 Michigan Road Lot 27.   This warrant was served by troopers with the Indiana State Police Bremen Post, Indiana State Police ICAC investigators, and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office on December 5, 2024.

As a result of this investigation, Andrew Hamilton, 20 of Plymouth, IN was arrested for one count of production of child pornography, Level 4 Felony, one count of dissemination of child pornography, Level 4 Felony, one count of possession of child pornography, Level 5 Felony, and one count of sexual misconduct with a minor, Level 5 Felony.  Hamilton was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
