Traffic Stop Brings Arrest

Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for the registered owner being suspended and plates expired Thursday, November 14 at 4:47 p.m. ET.


The officer noticed the driver was the registered owner, Michael Carver, 29, of Tippecanoe, and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at the Speedway Gas Station.


Carver was taken into custody for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The plates on the vehicle were expired, and there was no insurance on the vehicle, according to the report.


Carver was transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked in on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended and given a court date and bond.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
