Plymouth Man Arrested on Warrant

A Plymouth man was arrested on a warrant Friday, November 1 at 3:15 a.m. ET.

A Plymouth Police Department officer was patrolling the area of Economy Inn when a man who matched the description of a wanted person was seen walking through the parking lot. Police say the man repeatedly gave false information, hindering the officer’s investigation, before being transported to the Marshall County Jail.

According to the report, once at the jail and with the assistance of a translator, it was finally determined that the male was in fact the wanted suspect, Rigoberto Hernandez-Castillo, 41, of Plymouth.

Hernandez-Castillo was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for two outstanding warrants and an additional preliminary charge of obstruction of justice.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
