A Plymouth man was arrested Wednesday, November 6 following a call to the Plymouth Police Department concerning a domestic issue at a residence in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
During an investigation, police say it was determined that 52-year-old Michael Langer swung a bat at the victim.
Langer was arrested on a preliminary charge of criminal recklessness with a weapon.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
