The City of Plymouth is hosting the annual Lighted Holiday Parade Saturday, November 30 at 6 p.m. ET in downtown Plymouth.
Local organizations, families and businesses are encouraged to participate by entering a lighted unit in the parade. The parade will begin at 6 p.m. ET at the corner of Michigan and Adams Streets. It will travel south on Michigan Street and then go east on Laporte Street.
Applications for parade units are available at the Mayor’s Office or an application can be downloaded below.
Santa Claus will come into downtown on a Plymouth Fire truck.
After the tree lighting, Santa will be on the stage at River Park Square for pictures. Brandi Sullivan will be there to take photos but personal cameras will also be welcome.
The Plymouth Park Department will unveil this year’s light show after the tree is lit. River Park Square will dance with lights and Christmas music.
Hot chocolate and cookies will be available starting at 5 p.m. ET in the concession stand at River Park Square. Quentin Flagg will be providing some wonderful holiday music.
