Randolph Street Bridge over Yellow River in Plymouth Closed until Further Notice

The Randolph Street Bridge, located between Baker Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail, and running through Centennial Park over the Yellow River in Plymouth, has been closed to all traffic effective immediately.

During the recent Countywide Bridge Inspection and Inventory Program, engineers found that the condition of the Randolph Street Bridge had deteriorated rapidly, rendering it unsafe for continued use.

An emergency closure has been ordered for all traffic.

The Randolph Street Bridge is scheduled for replacement in 2025. As decisions regarding the project are finalized, additional updates will be provided to aid in future planning and travel adjustments.

In the meantime, the Marshall County Highway Department will be placing stone at both the north and south ends of the bridge and posting Bridge/Road Closed signs.
