A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy performed a traffic stop on U.S. 31 near 12th Rd Friday, October 25 at 7:51 p.m. ET.
It was reportedly found that the driver of the vehicle, Tatianna Lane Brown, of Indianapolis, had an active warrant. Brown was also operating the motor vehicle without a license and was in possession of marijuana, according to the report.
Brown was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on preliminary charges of operating a motor vehicle without obtaining a license and possession of marijuana along with having an outstanding warrant.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
