A Plymouth woman was arrested on a warrant Tuesday, October 22 after officers from the Plymouth Police Department were called to a home on West Harrison Street for two individuals arguing in the roadway.
While en-route to the address, the officer identified one of the involved subjects, 33-year-old Tara Lee, who was known to have an active arrest warrant. The officer pulled to the side of the road and told Lee to stop and advised her that she had an active arrest warrant.
Lee was placed into handcuffs and transported to Marshall County Jail. Lee was lodged on the active arrest warrant for a probation violation.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
