A Plymouth woman was arrested Saturday, October 12 after a Plymouth Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Michigan and Skylane Streets at about 3:30 a.m. ET.
The driver and registered owner of the vehicle, 26-year-old Donna Moyotl-Cuatlacuatl, was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Kosciusko County as well as a suspended license.
She was taken into custody and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
