The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet tonight where they will discuss a change order for the Gibson and Liberty Street project.
The board will also discuss a street closure request for the Holy Procession Walk.
Department heads will provide updates as necessary.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. ET.
The council members will hold a public hearing for a tax abatement for Composite Technology Assemblies, LLC and a public hearing for a tax abatement for AK Industries, LLC. Resolutions to approve those tax abatements will be considered later in the meeting.
The council will consider the second the third readings of the 2025 salary ordinance, and second and third readings of an ordinance regarding garbage fees for the City of Plymouth.
A resolution for a Commercial Revitalization Rebate program grant for the Rich-Mons Group, LLC will be taken off the table for discussion. Another resolution for a Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grant for Susan Kessler will be considered for approval.
The council will also discuss an insurance renewal and receive updates on ONE Marshall County and the Comprehensive Plan.
Both meetings will be held in the second floor Council Chambers room in the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those interested in attending the meeting in person should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
