Plymouth Police Department officers were southbound on Oak Dr. north of U.S. 30 Tuesday, October 29 at 2:15 a.m. ET and observed a vehicle that appeared to have its bright lights illuminated.
Police say the vehicle pulled into the Murphy’s USA lot and then pulled out back onto Oak Dr. and proceeded southbound, then made a sudden movement to the right into the driving lane without signaling initiating a traffic stop.
The driver, Alexander Jose Corro Rangel, 23, of New York City, was found to have never been issued a valid driver’s license. He was then placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
